1. Who we are

This site is operated by TJ Progress Enterprise (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide a numerology assistant available via a Custom GPT and an API hosted at numerology-engine.onrender.com (or a subdomain such as api.yuantingjing.com).

2. What we collect

  • User inputs: date of birth (DOB), and optionally a partner DOB.
  • Usage & diagnostics: IP address, timestamps, request/response metadata, error logs (from our hosting provider and API).
  • Website analytics/cookies: standard web analytics and cookies (if enabled on our site).

We do not intentionally collect national IDs, financial info, or precise geolocation.

3. How we use your data

  • To generate numerology results via our API.
  • To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service (e.g., logs, performance monitoring).
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide support.

4. Data sharing & processors

  • OpenAI (Custom GPT): If you use our GPT, your prompt (including DOB) is processed by OpenAI to fulfill your request.
  • Hosting (Render.com or equivalent): Our API and logs are hosted by a third-party cloud provider.
  • Analytics/Plugins: If enabled on WordPress, we may use standard analytics and cookie tools.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Legal bases (EU/GDPR) / PDPA (Malaysia)

  • Consent: You provide DOB voluntarily to receive a reading.
  • Contract / legitimate interests: Operating and securing the service, preventing abuse, troubleshooting.
  • We comply with the Malaysian PDPA and, where applicable, GDPR/CCPA principles.

6. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence (e.g., the US or EU) by our providers. We use reputable processors with appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention

  • Requests & logs: typically up to 180 days for security and diagnostics unless we must retain longer (e.g., legal, security, or abuse investigations).
  • You may request deletion (see Section 10).

8. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and standard cloud security practices. No method is 100% secure; please submit only the minimum data needed (DOBs).

9. Children

This service is not intended for children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region). If you believe a child provided data, contact us for deletion.

10. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit processing of your data.
